About Us
We specialise in people and change. Corporate Focus Management Consultants
was formed in 1987 and since then we have helped scores of organisations to develop
strategy, create effective management and implement change processes that produce
tangible results.
Our experience is in working with medium to large client organisations in both
the public and private sectors. We have worked across a range of industries and
sectors, including construction, transport, health, information technology, professional
services, manufacturing, banking and finance, community services, education and
tourism.
Our involvement ranges from design and facilitation of comprehensive change
programs to the provision of specific services aimed at building the capability
of organisations and their people to grow and change. The graphic below outlines

Our Approach
We understand the importance of gaining ownership and buy-in if any initiative,
especially major change, is to be successful. We seek to align the behaviour of
individuals with the achievement of corporate goals through a full understanding
of your organisation's goals, structure and culture.
The approach we take is characterised by the application of a number of key
principles:

- We do not have "off the shelf" solutions: we work with you to develop

- We know that sustainable change and improvement can only be achieved when
top management support and clarity of direction is present, so we
work closely with senior managers to achieve this.

Our
People
Our consultants are all skilled in designing and facilitating the people processes
associated with change. The unique characteristics of our team are the underpinning
principles of our approach - a true customer focus; absolutely keeping our commitments;
working collaboratively with colleagues and clients; basing relationships on respect
and trust.
Unlike many small to medium sized consulting companies, we do not engage "associates"
for specific projects. The best people from our team are assigned to projects,
and we ensure continuity, quality and integrity in our relationship with clients.
The Corporate Focus consulting team is comprised only of senior professionals
with extensive experience in our consulting areas. Before starting consulting,
all had successful careers as managers and specialists in large organisations.
All have relevant tertiary qualifications, are members of appropriate professional
bodies, and maintain currency in their skills and knowledge through ongoing professional
development.
